Tether Recover: Super Smash Bros. Dojo 8/16 Update
Zero Suit Samus has a Plasma Whip which she can use in her attacks. She also can use it to recover if she falls off the edge of a stage. And it's not exclusive to Zero Suit Samus, other characters can do it too.
