Using the Firefox web browser, there is a way to see certain Virtual Console game pictures that show us that they're up on the Wii Shop Channel, but just need to be activated for download. Well, 3 games have popped up using this Firefox workaround:
Metroid (NES)
Super Metroid (SNES)
Shining in the Darkness (SEGA Genesis)
Looks like those 3 games will be coming out soon!
